Join Krysti Davis, Owner of Ryze Pilates & Pelvic Health, Pilates Instructor & Pelvic Floor Practitioner, for an empowering 3-week journey to better understand and connect with your pelvic floor. Whether you’re experiencing leakage, pelvic pain, hip or back discomfort, irritation, or difficulty to properly engag- ing your core, this series will help you identify causes and explore solutions. Through guided education, anatomy, and movement, you’ll learn how to support your deep core and overall well-being. • Understanding signs and symptoms of a tight vs. weak pelvic floor 

• Exercises, handouts, and breathing techniques to access deep core muscles
