We use a variety of tools core-building tools to provide an experience that is primarily you working with your own body.
At Thrive we offer several classes to aid in stretching and releasing tension from your muscles and your mind. We offer Reformer Stretch and Release as well as mat-based Foam Rolling and Mobility Training .
At Thrive we have a passion for getting bodies back in motion. After PT, we take the next steps toward functional rehab and stability/ mobility training, to restore and protect our bodies from injury. We keep moving so we can keep doing the things we love!
