Core Camp

Enjoy a great workout that builds core strength and stability and long, lean muscle. With a focus on abs, glutes, and shoulders, this workout builds mobility while it molds the body. We use a variety of tools core-building tools to provide an experience that is primarily you working with your own body. 

Stretch, Release, and Restore

Restorative Practices

At Thrive we offer several classes to aid in stretching and releasing tension from your muscles and your mind. We offer Reformer Stretch and Release as well as mat-based Gentle Yoga and Foam Rolling.

Injury Rehab/Prevention

At Thrive we have a passion for getting bodies back in motion. After PT, we take the next steps toward functional rehab and stability training, to restore and protect our bodies from injury. We keep moving so we can keep doing the things we love!
