Presented by Thrive Movement Arts, Capital City Raqs is a community-focused festival featuring live and recorded music, performances in a variety of dance styles, two professional dance showcases, workshops by Renown Instructors Amanda Rose, Pierre Khoury, and Zoe Jakes, and so much more! Held at the Carmichael Elks Lodge, 5631 Cypress Ave, Carmichael, CA 95608, the festival space features a full raised stage and plenty of parking.
