After a major car accident in 2003, founder Mychelle Crown did not know if she would ever look down again without pain. Suffering a neck and shoulder injury, the only option put before her was a surgery that would effectively end her professional dance career - until she found Pilates. Through Pilates Mychelle was able to re-learn how to move and honor her body, and she has had a long and wonderful dance career. Mychelle has shared her passion for Pilates ever since!
At Thrive Movement Arts our instructors are encouraged to utilize their combined skills and creativity to provide a personalized, highly effective experience for our clients. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to movement. We know every body is different, every day, and we provide options and modifications for every body and skill level. We offer small-group, semi-private and private training with an emphasis on long-term mobility and post-rehab training. Our group classes are limited to 5 students so that each person gets the individual attention they need. At Thrive community is as important as movement and we honor that every body is different every day. Our goal is for you to feel mobile, balanced, strong, and joyful.

This is a great class for Beginning students, or students who are familiar with Reformer Pilates but want an effective but straightforward workout. With options and modifications offered for every exercise, this is the class to start your Pilates journey.
Mixed Level Reformer Pilates is a machine-based workout that adapts to a variety of needs and skill levels with every class. We offer an effective workout for all levels and desire of difficulty. With options for every body, this is a great daily workout that combines strengthening and stretching.
Utilizing a variety of equipment and exercises, often in a fun Circuit, Pilates Machines is a great workout that keeps your body moving. With Pilates Chair, Reformer, Jump Board, Spring Board, traditional weights, and more!
Restorative Pilates uses a variety of tools and techniques to strengthen, release, stretch, and restore our bodies. With machine and mat work, foam rollers and assisted stretching, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and your body nurtured.
