Weekly Class Schedule

Thrive Movement Arts offers a diverse array of classes in Bellydance, Pilates, and more. All classes are small group and designed with modifications in mind, so everything can be adapted to suit your individual body needs.  All classes and class packages are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase. Be sure to sign up for every class on Instabook to reserve your spot! Wear something comfortable you can move in and our recommended footwear for dance and fitness classes is soft shoes, traction socks, or barefoot. Recommended footwear for Pilates Reformer is traction socks or barefoot.  Private coaching available for all formats; contact us at thrivemovementarts@gmail.com to book your private session.
