Weekly Class Schedule

Thrive Movement Arts offers a diverse array of classes. All classes are small group and designed with modifications in mind, so everything can be adapted to suit your individual body needs.  Wear something comfortable you can move in and bring your water. Footwear for dance and fitness classes is soft shoes, traction socks, or barefoot. Footwear for Pilates Reformer is traction socks or barefoot.

Mat Fitness

Mat Fitness - Highly Effective with Low Impact

Core Camp

Monday/Friday 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Combining mat pilates, core training, and HIIT training, this full body workout uses light equipment but powerful techniques to strengthen and tone your entire body

Yoga: Movement & Meditation
